RTP Digital Solutions makes the following professional services available to its clients:

• Strategic AI Consulting
• AI Agents for Customer Service
• Voice Phone Agents
• Process and Document Automation
• RAG Agents with Knowledge Base
• AI Web Development

Additionally, it may offer access to digital resources, templates, training, and technological tools associated with its services.

3. Contracting Process

• Services may be contracted through the website or by direct contact with RTP Digital Solutions.
• The contract will be considered formalized when payment is confirmed or when the commercial agreement is signed by both parties.

4. Prices and Payment Methods

• Prices will be expressed in euros (€) and will include applicable taxes.
• RTP Digital Solutions may modify prices at any time, always respecting the price in effect at the time of contracting.
• Payment may be made by bank transfer, card, or the methods indicated during the contracting process.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Cancellations

• Personalized services (consulting, development, implementation): once initiated, there will be no right of withdrawal.
• Digital resources, training, or downloadable materials: the right of withdrawal will be excluded from the moment the user accesses the content or receives the digital material.
• Services not initiated: the user may cancel within 14 days of contracting and request a refund of the amount paid.

6. User Obligations

The user agrees to:

• Provide truthful, complete, and updated information in forms or communications.
• Not use the services for illegal, unauthorized purposes or that may cause harm to third parties.
• Respect the intellectual and industrial property rights of the materials and content provided.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, templates, training materials, documentation, and developments created by RTP Digital Solutions are protected by copyright and intellectual property.
• Its use is personal and exclusive to the client, and reproduction, distribution, or public communication without express written authorization from RTP Digital Solutions is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

• RTP Digital Solutions will provide its services with the utmost professional diligence.
• However, it is not guaranteed that the results obtained will meet the specific expectations of the client in all cases, especially when they depend on external factors or the user's own implementation.
• RTP Digital Solutions will not be responsible for indirect damages, loss of profits, or damages arising from the use of contracted services or products.

9. Confidentiality

RTP Digital Solutions commits to maintaining the strictest confidentiality regarding all technical, commercial, or strategic information to which it has access during service provision.

Such information will not be disclosed or used for purposes other than contract execution, except when:

• The information is in the public domain.
• The client expressly authorizes its disclosure.
• There is a legal obligation to communicate it to competent authorities.

The duty of confidentiality will be maintained even after the contractual relationship has ended.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law.
• For any dispute arising from their interpretation or execution, the parties will submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Pamplona (Navarra), unless otherwise provided by law.
